UMW Books/ Reading Program
The Reading Program encourages critical thinking about current issues through an annual selection of member-reviewed books. It gives participants an opportunity to deepen their spirituality and to broaden their understanding of the UMW’s mission work. Books may be read for credit within a three year period. After that time. Books rotate to the general church library. A notebook for each member is kept for them to record their readings as they complete a book. A list of all books that are current are listed in the notebook.
For books from 2009 to 2015 please check the Library UMW Notebook.
