Safe Sanctuary Policy

 

Thompson’s Station adopted a Safe Sanctuary Policy in June of 2010.  The policy was developed in response to a conference effort to ensure the church campus and all buildings are a safe place for all members of the congregation.  We attempt to ensure this by holding frequent training and certification sessions on the policy; keeping a written record of those who have completed the training and the date trained;  reviewing and updating the policy as needed; and posting the policy online for review.  It is our prayer that through this policy and these measures, our church will be a welcoming and safe place for ALL who attend worship or other events.
